For a western themed invitation, how do I phrase the time. - cowboy themed invitation wording

I need to know how the time of the day on a party-type invitation, but in the jargon of the cowboy. For example, if the party 5, which is a good way to say it, but it looks like a cowboy?

Five O'Clock work very well. Cowboys could tell time.
Five Clock in the afternoon, but that's like a dandy, sounds pilgrim!
I have also heard, "five after twelve noon clock ticks, but he was able to get customers arriving at 12.05 clock.
